Dr. Duncan welcomes your interest and contact. He also values your privacy. Please consider the following information:
Important! Please do not use email to send confidential information or to contact Dr. Duncan regarding an emergency requiring immediate action. We cannot ensure that email will be read or answered as quickly as a phone call.
Because it is not secured communication, email is not an appropriate medium for individual questions regarding personal counseling. It is most appropriate for requesting general information regarding services, resources, or scheduling appointments.
Dr. Duncan cannot respond to inquiries from clients or prospective clients regarding specific counseling issues. Confidentiality is essential to the counseling process and cannot be assured with email.
When he responds to your email, he will respond to the address from which it is sent. If you do not wish others who may have access to the email account you are using to also have access to his response, please consider another means of communication.
