DFW Tornado Recovery From A Counselor’s Perspective
On April 3, 2012, a series of 11 tornadoes hit the Dallas-Fort Worth area of North Texas doing significant damage to thousands of properties, but thankfully, claiming no lives.
Preston Place Counseling’s Kelly Antwine was asked about some of the things that storm victims might be dealing with emotionally in the aftermath of the storms. Here are some of his thoughts about the ways to cope with the losses that have been sustained and how to move forward.
