A Word About Learning
A Word about Learning
Unprecedented!
None of us has ever experienced anything like we are currently going through. The disruptions to our daily lives are many. The questions are endless:
Why? How? How much? How long?
The readers of these “words” are amazingly perceptive and wise. Each of you knows that when we are faced with challenges of any kind, there are several possible responses:
We grieve and mourn our losses, but we don’t remain in our grief.
We take appropriate safety precautions, and
We find others to reach out to and help.
Another healthy response is to spend some time thinking about what we are learning through this crisis.
What are we learning about surviving, sharing and helping?
What are we learning about humankind and more important,
What are we learning about ourselves?
I would love to hear from any of you who would like to share some of your “learnings.” With your consent, I want to share your responses with the rest of my readers.
Thank you in advance for your thoughtful and thought-provoking thoughts!
